Shipping Policy for Pest Control Products and Supplies

Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping "philosophy":

  • We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible;
  • To keep things simple, we offer Free Shipping on every product on our site every day;(with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico)
  • If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to "profit" from shipping; you are charged what we are charged;
  • Undercommit; overdeliver.


Our shipping service is USPS, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery and UPS Ground. The  "ground" services take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (products ship from our primary warehouse in Dallas, Texas).

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain states.

Your package will be shipped either USPS mail, UPS Ground or FedEx ground from our warehouse in Dallas, TX. All orders shipped to any Texas address will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size and weight. Furthermore, there may be some orders we will not be able to ship because of distance or cost. Additional charges apply if you desire express delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with all of your shipment information and tracking information. It is the customers responsibility to maintain a good knowledge of where their shipment is and the progress of the shipment.If for any reason you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please let us know at least 10-15 days after shipment so that we can investigate the matter. We cannot be held responsible for lost orders if we are not notified in at least 15 days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.


Delivery Time

Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors: 

  1. "Availability". We ship your purchased product witin one business day. We do from time to time have products that become unavailable due to a back ordered status. makes every effort to ship orders in a timely fashion. If any of the items you have ordered are not available for immediate shipment, your order may be divided into multiple shipments, as we will ship products that are in stock. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail of the estimated release date. Charges for back-ordered items will not be applied to your credit card until we actually ship them to you. There is no need to re-order.
  2. The method of delivery - our Free shipping method is USPS , UPS Ground, FedEx Ground (commercial addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (residential addresses). USPS generally arrives in 2-4 days, UPS Ground 3-5 days, FedEx Ground 3-5 days.

    Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed. FedEx does not run on Saturdays as well.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. adheres to any and all state shipping restrictions. We do offer a shipping service to PO box with USPS priority mail. All aerosol cans and some live traps must be shipped by Ground only. Some insecticide pest control concentrates cannot be shipped to New York, Connecticut, California, Vermont, Ohio or certain areas within the United States. If a product cannot be sold in a particular state then you will be informed of the restriction on the product's information page. will adhere to any and all state shipping restrictions. All aerosol cans must be shipped by Ground.


International Shipping Guide:

We do not offer International shipping at this time.

Wrong Address Charges

1. When a customer enters an incorrect address our ground shipping carriers will charge us a fee to locate the correct address so the package can be delivered. We will pass this charge on to the customer. This occurs very rarely and we will always attempt to contact the customer first before we ship the package if the address looks questionable.

2. Incorrect Address that results in the order being lost - We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered. We will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order shipped to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Oder Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Returns Policy provides a full credit refund to you on returned pest control items (returns must meet criteria), less shipping costs incurred to ship.


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Return Criteria


Any unopened or unused product may be returned. All items must be returned in their orginal condition and packaging. Please contact us any questions you may have regarding a return. We will not accept returns if products are used and not in their original condition.

We recommend sending returns to us by UPS or insured receipt for your protection.


There are no returns on mattress and box spring bed bug covers.


  • Returns may be costly, please contact us for product assistance.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice.
  • Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase of any unopened (unused) products.
  • All items must be returned in their orginal condition and packaging.
  • A credit refund will be given upon return of items after a deduction of our actual shipping cost incurred with all "free shipping" orders.
  • Items may be returned to: Returns Department, PO Box 604 Wylie, Tx 75098. We recommend sending returns to us with an insured receipt for your protection. As we can not be responsible for items lost or not received.
